We answer every message within two working days.
Write from the email address of your account and, if something looks wrong, give the date it happened.
Your subscription
- Cancel a plan bought in the app: from the subscription settings of your Apple ID or Google account. Your plan stays open until the end of the period you paid for.
- Cancel a plan bought on this site: from the link in your payment receipt, or write to us.
- New phone: sign in with the same email address, then Settings, Restore purchases.
Refunds
- Bought on this site: full refund on request within 14 days of the first payment of a plan. Write to us from your account's email address.
- Bought in the App Store: Apple decides, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Bought on Google Play: Google decides, from your Google Play order history.
Your account and data
- Change your birth details: Settings, then Birth date, Birth time or Birth place. The readings update at once.
- Delete your account: Settings, then Delete account, or see Delete your account.

Common questions
Is this a horoscope?
No sun-sign columns, no predictions about your love life. Alnilam computes the day from your own birth chart and describes it the way a forecaster describes the weather: three readings, one line each, and nothing that tells you what to do.
Does my birth data leave my phone?
No. Your birth date, time and place stay on the phone, and every reading is computed there. The app works offline, except for the weather.
I don't know my birth time.
That is fine. The readings still work. Only the houses and the ascendant are left out, and you can add the time later in Settings.
Why is there no window today?
The window only appears when the weather and the sky line up clearly, two or three days a week. Ordinary days show nothing.
What happens after the first seven days?
The Today page stays free and personal for good. The month ahead, the Readings tab, the evening check-in and your accuracy score need a plan. Nothing is charged when the seven days end.
Does it give financial advice?
Never. Alnilam describes a climate. It does not recommend investments, trades or any other course of action. The decisions stay yours.
